April 24, 2024, EDAMA Association welcomed a delegation of Singaporean businessmen to discuss investment opportunities in Jordan’s green sector. Notably, this visit comes in light of the visit made by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II to the Republic of Singapore at the beginning of the current year.
The meeting was held in the presence of Mr. Wilson Lee, Clean Kinetics CEO and Dr. Dureid Mahasneh, EDAMA Chairman with the presence of a group of esteemed members of the Singaporean company Clean Kinetics and EDAMA’s board members.
In his welcoming remark, Dr. Mahasneh opened the meeting by highlighting EDAMA’s role in promoting green technology initiatives in Jordan, emphasizing the nation’s commitment to sustainability. Furthermore, Dr. Mahasneh emphasized the importance of Jordan’s commitment to green technology and outlined the future plans of EDAMA and the Jordanian government to lead the green revolution.
Mr. Wilson Lee proceeded to explain Clean Kinetics’ objectives and dedication to green energy solutions, emphasizing their expertise and aspiration to enter the Jordanian market. Citing current partnerships with foreign businesses, Dr. Mahasneh reassured the group that Jordan offers great opportunities for investments in renewable energy. Mr. Hanna Zaghloul, EDAMA’s Board Secretary, further highlighted the growth potential of Jordan’s green technology sector by stating, “Opportunities are still there, especially in the renewable energy sector.”
This exchange reflects a shared commitment between Clean Kinetics and EDAMA Association to foster innovation and sustainable development in Jordan’s green and energy sector. It underscores the collaborative efforts aimed at unlocking new opportunities and driving forward the green technology agenda in the region.
