Project Overview:
The overarching goal of the Green Links project is to foster sustainable resource management in Azraq Camp and Zarqa, Jordan, through green innovation. The project aims to create an integrated approach to the energy-water-food nexus by employing circular economy strategies, technology-driven solutions, and community involvement. The project seeks to build a resilient, self-sustaining ecosystem that optimizes resource use, reduces waste, generates employment opportunities, and promotes environmental protection.

Documents for Bidders:
This is a retendering process for the purchase of Five Single-span greenhouses in Azraq District. The call for proposals includes four key documents for bidders:

1. Information for Bidders (Terms of Reference)
   This document provides comprehensive details on the project and the specific requirements for the purchase of Single-span Greenhouses.
2. Technical Offer Template
   This template must be filled out by bidders to outline the technical specifications and approach for meeting the requirements outlined in the Terms of Reference.
3. Financial Offer Template
   This template must be completed by bidders to provide a detailed breakdown of the financial proposal for the purchase of the Single-span Greenhouses.
4. Annex (Arabic Version of Terms of Reference)
   The annex contains a full description of the Terms of Reference in Arabic, including the specifications for the Single-span Greenhouses.
