Project Brief:

Gender Task Force: The Gender Task Force project is funded through a partnership between the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), the Jordanian Ministry
of Energy and Mineral Resources, EDAMA Association, and the German Energy Agency (dena).
The project aims to promote gender equality and increase the participation and leadership of women in Jordan’s energy sector. This initiative works
within the framework of the Jordanian German Energy Partnership, focusing on reducing the gender gap and empowering women through various
activities such as workshops, surveys, and comprehensive reports.
Key activities include preparing a detailed report with recommendations on empowering women in energy, organizing workshops to address challenges
faced by women in the sector, and creating a comprehensive action plan for events and campaigns in the coming year
