EverGreen for Trading & Investment successfully completed the EDGE certification for the Jordan Kuwait Bank Main Branch. This achievement underscores the project’s compliance with internationally recognized standards for energy efficiency, water conservation, and reduced embodied energy in materials, demonstrating a clear commitment to sustainable design and construction.

LEED BD+C Platinum – Bank al Etihad (Abdoun Branch)
EverGreen also achieved LEED BD+C Platinum certification for Bank al Etihad’s Abdoun Branch, one of the highest distinctions in green building performance worldwide. This landmark project reflects exceptional achievements in sustainable site development, energy performance, indoor environmental quality, and innovation. The certification has already been officially announced and stands as a benchmark for green commercial buildings in Jordan.

LEED O+M Gold – Hikma Pharmaceuticals (Main Branch)
In addition, EverGreen has completed all requirements for LEED O+M Gold certification for Hikma Pharmaceuticals’ Main Branch. This accomplishment highlights operational excellence in energy management, water efficiency, and sustainable facility operations. The official certificate is currently pending, after which the full branding and announcement materials will be finalized.
