Main project objective: The project focuses on increasing job opportunities for underprivileged Jordanians through a two-phase approach. It includes training in PV cell installation and hands-on experience at a community center in Al-Mafraq governate, fostering both individual skill development and community sustainability. 

 Target groups:  

– Underprivileged youth and unemployed individuals. 

Project outputs:  

1. Provide a three-month solar PV training program for employment in the solar industry or as electricians. 
2.  Supervise trainees in installing a 20 kWp solar PV system at a community health center. 
3.  Support trainees in their job search and placement in the industry.
