Nadia Alsaeed has served as CEO of Bank al Etihad for over 14 years, during which she spearheaded its transformation into the third-largest bank in Jordan. Under her leadership, the bank has become a leading digital institution focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, and women’s empowerment. She successfully launched the Shorouq program to support female economic participation, which significantly boosted the bank’s female customer base.

Ms. Alsaeed has held several key roles at Bank al Etihad and previously served as Jordan’s ICT Minister in 2004. She is the first Chairwoman of Endeavor Jordan, elected by the Board of Directors in December 2020, and she is also the Private Sector Co-Chair of the Closing the Gender Gap Accelerator in Jordan by the World Economic Forum.
