Abeer Tarawneh – BSc Mechanical Engineering

A professional consultant and engineer with more than 25 years of experience. Ms. Tarawneh is a Group Partner and the Director of Operations of Dar Al Handasah Consultants (Shair & Partners) in Jordan and Palestine since 2013 and serves as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since March 2024.

With a background of mechanical engineering and high-level skills in project management and contract administration, Ms. Tarawneh demonstrates a track record of developing client relationships, spearheading business development, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, and leading strategic building and infrastructure projects. She is focused on driving sustainable top and bottom-line growth while applying data-driven, client-centric approach grounded in deep understanding of market dynamics, competition and client needs.

Ms. Tarawneh is also experienced in developing and executing corporate level strategies, devising ways of increasing operational efficiency, and aligning business objectives with corporate purpose and goals.
