Date:<\/strong>\u00a0Immediately<\/p><ol><li><strong> Scope of Work \/ Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Under the direct supervision of the Projects Manager, the Projects Officer will be responsible for the following tasks related to WEEEVALUE project and other similar projects:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Project Management &amp; Implementation:<\/strong><ul><li>Support the day-to-day coordination and implementation of assigned Work Packages, ensuring all activities are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.<\/li><li>Develop detailed work plans and monitor project progress against set indicators and milestones.<\/li><li>Prepare and submit high-quality periodic technical and financial reports in strict accordance with EDAMA and EU requirements.<\/li><li>Monitor program news, announcements, and official annexes on an ongoing basis.<\/li><li>Track updates and flag relevant changes to the team promptly.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Technical &amp; Stakeholder Work:<\/strong><ul><li>Help in conducting desk reviews, field research, and stakeholder mapping related to WEEE sector in Jordan.<\/li><li>Organize and facilitate stakeholder consultations, interviews, workshops, and policy dialogues with public authorities, private companies, NGOs, EDAMA members and academia.<\/li><li>Contribute primarily to the development of project outputs.<\/li><li>Support the design, monitoring, and evaluation of pilot actions in Jordan.<\/li><li>Identify and analyze all project stakeholders and their areas of interest.<\/li><li>Develop and maintain a structured stakeholder map with roles and influence levels.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Communication &amp; Coordination:<\/strong><ul><li>Develop and deliver high-quality professional presentations in both English and Arabic for various audiences including EDAMA Members, stakeholders, and policymakers.<\/li><li>Actively represent EDAMA by presenting project updates and results in project meetings, workshops, and international conferences when needed.<\/li><li>Work closely with the communication team to ensure effective dissemination of project results and visibility in line with EU communication guidelines.<\/li><li>Provide communication support to EDAMA&#8217;s team by drafting content, preparing talking points, and developing materials for various organizational needs related to the project.<\/li><li>Conduct regular calls and send updates to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.<\/li><li>Ensure timely, clear communication across all relevant parties throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>A bachelor\u2019s degree in environmental science\/management, Engineering, Business Administration, Public relations or a directly related field is required. Additional relevant experience will be considered favorably.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Experience:<\/strong><ul><li>No more than 2 years of professional experience. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.<\/li><li><strong>Essential Requirement: <\/strong>At least 1 year of experience, or a dedicated internship, involving work on European Union funding programmes (e.g., ENI\/CBC, Interreg, Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, etc.). Academic projects focused on EU policy or procedures may also be considered.<\/li><li>Demonstrated interest in project management, stakeholder engagement, or report writing through academic work, internships, or volunteer activities.<\/li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver clear presentations.
