EDAMA Association successfully concluded its dynamic training program under the Women on the Green Path project, aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs in the green and circular economy. The program, which ran from February to April 2025, has equipped 20 Jordanian women entrepreneurs particularly those leading or co-owning businesses and initiatives focused on sustainable practices including sustainable packaging, recycling, and sustainable Agriculture, with essential skills and knowledge to enhance their green and circular projects.<\/p>

Over the course of the program, participants engaged in five intensive modules, both in-class and online, focused on key areas such as sustainable development, green business models, sustainable finance, market access strategies, and soft skills. This comprehensive training allowed participants to integrate sustainable practices into their businesses and develop actionable plans contributing to a more sustainable and circular economy in Jordan.<\/p>

As a continuation of their journey, the women entrepreneurs are now engaging in tailored coaching sessions with Business Support Organizations (BSOs) to further refine their business models and maximize impact. In addition, five outstanding entrepreneurs will be recognized as Champions. These champions will receive advanced technical assistance to scale their initiatives and further expand their businesses or projects.<\/p>
