Training for Members of the WE Skill Council and EDAMA Project Code: GIZ/21.2273.7-006.00

EDAMA Association invites qualified training companies and consultants based in Jordan to submit proposals for the design and delivery of a high-level training program tailored for 20 members of the WE Skill Council and EDAMA. This activity is part of a broader initiative aimed at strengthening the institutional framework and operational capacity of the WE SKILL Secretariat within EDAMA.

1. About the Project:

This project aims to establish a sustainable operational framework for the WE SKILL Secretariat within EDAMA, ensuring effective functionality and long-term success. It is focused on empowering WE SKILL to fulfill its mandate by institutionalizing its core functions, building internal capacities, and promoting its strategic role in Jordan’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector.

This action directly supports the implementation of Jordan’s National TVET Strategy (2023–2027) and aims to enhance sectoral coordination, improve governance, and increase private sector engagement in TVET.

2. Objective of the Call:

The objective of this call is to engage a qualified Jordan-based training company or consultant to design and deliver a strategic training program for 20 representatives from the WE Skill Council and EDAMA. Given the Council’s strategic mandate in policy development and TVET sector alignment, the training should focus on:

· Enhancing participants’ knowledge and practical skills in policy development, curriculum design, and industry partnership strategies

· Delivering 1–2-day sessions that combine advanced knowledge, hands-on tools, and real-world applications

· Facilitating regional networking opportunities to encourage collaboration, peer learning, and experience sharing

· Supporting participants in advancing the implementation of the TVET Roadmap and strengthening their leadership roles in TVET governance

This training is a critical component of the broader effort to institutionalize WE SKILL, reinforce its internal capacity, and position it as a key player in Jordan’s evolving skills development ecosystem.
