About EDAMA: EDAMA’s name is derived from the Arabic word for “sustainability”.EDAMA is a Jordanian business association dedicated to developing and nurturing mature sectors in energy, water, and the environment, with the goal of advancing Jordan’s transition to a green economy. Achieving this transition is an ambitious and top priority. To succeed, it requires strong knowledge hubs, platforms for multi-stakeholder dialogue, and the mobilization of the private sector. EDAMA’s unique approach provides an inclusive platform that brings together a diverse range of public, private, and NGO sector representatives.
