Amman, April 23, 2026-EDAMA Association for Energy, Water and Environment held its Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for the year 2026 on Thursday at the Association’s headquarters.
During the meeting, members discussed and approved the 2025 administrative and financial reports, and discharged the previous Board of Directors. Elections were also held to appoint a new Board for the 2026–2028 term.
The newly elected Board members are:
- Kawar Energy Company, represented by Eng. Hanna Zaghloul
- Jordan Wind Project Company, represented by Mr. Samer Judeh
- Tawfiq Gargour & Fils Company, represented by Dr. Dureid Mahasneh
- Dar Al-Handasah Consultants, represented by Ms. Abeer Tarawneh
- Yellow Door Energy, represented by Dr. Maher Matalqa
- Izzat Marji Group, represented by Eng. Fadi Marji
- Khalifeh & Partners Lawyers, represented by Ms. Nadia Al-Saeed
- Al-Husseiniya Power Generation Company, represented by Mr. Mohammad Shahadeh
- Orange Jordan, represented by Mr. Raslan Deiranieh
Following the General Assembly meeting, the newly elected Board held its first meeting and appointed:
- Dr. Dureid Mahasneh – Chairman
- Mr. Samer Judeh – Vice Chairman
- Eng. Hanna Zaghloul – Secretary
- Mr. Fadi Marji – Treasurer
EDAMA reaffirmed its commitment to advancing the energy, water, and environmental sectors in Jordan, and to strengthening collaboration among key stakeholders in the coming period.
