On Thursday, September 25, 2025, EDAMA Association for Energy, Water, and Environment hosted the fourth session of the workshop series “She Leads: Pathways to Implementation.” The session was held within the framework of the Jordanian–German Energy Partnership, in cooperation with the German Energy Agency (dena) on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE), and the Jordanian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

Building on the outcomes of previous workshops, this session aimed to translate key recommendations into concrete and actionable measures that institutions and companies can implement to enhance women’s participation and overcome challenges facing them in the energy sector.

The session brought together experts from ministries and government institutions, HR specialists, representatives of women’s networks, technical experts, and university students. Through a structured roundtable, participants worked on:

· Evaluating and prioritizing key recommendations,

· Identifying lead and supporting stakeholders,

· Proposing practical implementation ideas that organizations and companies can adopt.

This workshop marked an important step in consolidating challenges and solutions into an organized framework, moving from dialogue into action to strengthen women’s role in the energy sector.
