Training for Members of the WE Skill Council and EDAMA

EDAMA Association invites qualified training firms and consultants based in Jordan to submit proposals for the design and delivery of a specialized PMP training program. This program will be tailored to meet the needs of members of the WE Skill Council and the EDAMA Team. The training is part of a broader initiative focused on enhancing the institutional structure and operational capabilities of the WE SKILL Secretariat within EDAMA.
- About the Project:
This project aims to establish a sustainable operational framework for the WE SKILL Secretariat within EDAMA, ensuring effective functionality and long-term success. It is focused on empowering WE SKILL to fulfill its mandate by institutionalizing its core functions, building internal capacities, and promoting its strategic role in Jordan’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector.
This action directly supports the implementation of Jordan’s National TVET Strategy (2023–2027) and aims to enhance sectoral coordination, improve governance, and increase private sector engagement in TVET.
- Objective of the Call:
We are looking for a qualified provider to deliver a targeted PMP training program designed to strengthen participants’ skills in project planning, execution, and leadership. The course should combine practical tools with strategic insights, promote collaboration, and facilitate knowledge sharing among professionals.
Crucially, the training must incorporate the most recent updates to the PMP certification framework, ensuring full alignment with current PMI standards and best practices.
This training represents a key milestone in the broader initiative to institutionalize WE SKILL, enhance its internal capabilities, and establish its role as a central contributor to Jordan’s dynamic skills development landscape.
