In an effort to strengthen collaboration between local institutions working in the field of sustainability, EDAMA Association for Energy, Water, and Environment held an introductory meeting with AMMAN VISION TREATMENT & RECYCLING on April 8, 2025. The purpose of the meeting was to explore opportunities for collaboration in environmental and recycling projects, aligning with Jordan’s vision for sustainable development and promoting the circular economy.
During the meeting, AMMAN VISION team presented an overview of the current work being carried out by the company in the treatment and recycling sectors. The CEO of AMMAN VISION, Mr. Amjad Al-Anasweh, expressed their keen interest in expanding partnerships with local institutions such as EDAMA, with the aim of supporting and enhancing environmental cooperation in Jordan. For its part, EDAMA, represented by Eng. Imad Al-Zureikat, reviewed its key achievements in the areas of circular economy and recycling, which have positively impacted local communities.
The importance of local community involvement in supporting environmental projects was also discussed, highlighting past experiences that confirm the community’s readiness to contribute effectively to these initiatives.
At the conclusion of the meeting, several practical steps were agreed upon, including coordinating a field visit for EDAMA team to AMMAN VISION to deepen the dialogue on partnership opportunities. This meeting marks an important step toward strengthening collaboration between environmental institutions in Jordan and working together to achieve sustainability goals across various sectors.
