Project Brief:

This project aims to create a sustainable institutional framework for WE SKILL within EDAMA, enabling it to function effectively. It also focuses on
strengthening the capacity of WE SKILL within the structure of EDAMA. The capacity building and institutionalization of WE SKILL Secretariat as aim of
this proposal is directed towards:
1. Operational Support: Prepare EDAMA Association to host and operationalize the WE SKILL Secretariat.
2. Advisory Services: Secure consulting support for marketing, sectoral strategies, and fundraising to establish WE SKILL’s functions within EDAMA.
3. Capacity Building: Strengthen the capabilities of EDAMA’s team and WE SKILL members to perform their duties effectively.
4. Awareness Raising: Organize workshops, seminars, and fundraising events to promote WE SKILL.
5. Marketing Initiatives: Develop marketing materials, run social media campaigns, and create a dedicated website for WE SKILL under EDAMA’s
management
