The Jordan Youth Climate Policy Statement outlines the perspectives, priorities, and recommendations of young people from across the Kingdom regarding climate action and sustainability. It reflects shared experiences, regional realities, and aspirations for a resilient, equitable, and climate-ready Jordan.

Developed through inclusive consultations and collaborative efforts led by youth active in climate initiatives, the statement emphasizes the urgent need for coordinated and effective measures to protect communities, ecosystems, and national resources.

The policy statement will be submitted to the Ministry of Environment as a formal youth contribution to national climate policy discourse and will also inform discussions during the Local Conference of Youth (LCOY) Jordan 2025, where it will be refined in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

It underscores the critical role of young people as partners in climate governance and calls on decision-makers to act on its recommendations to advance sustainable and transformational change in Jordan.
